Where are my tickets after I purchase?

Sign in and open My Tickets in your dashboard. You should also receive a confirmation email. Check spam if it is missing.

Can I get a refund?

All online ticket sales on 389 Tickets are final and non-refundable unless an event is cancelled. If an event is cancelled, contact us with your order number. See our Refund Policy for details.

How do I become an event organizer?

Visit Become an Organizer to set up your profile, create an event, add ticket types, and submit for approval before your event goes live.

What currency are tickets sold in?

389 Tickets uses MWK (Malawi Kwacha) for online ticket sales and organizer payouts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
